The minimum storage period is two weeks. We invoice every four weeks in Galway and every month in Limerick. When you want to move out all we ask is for one weeks’ notice. Any monies paid in advance will be refunded to you after this time.

Your access will depend on your specific needs and the type of storage room that you take from us. At our facilities, our standard free access is from 6am to 8pm seven days of the week. Some of our customers have access only when the office is open, and we also have up to 24-hour access available for our commercial customers. Once we go through your needs, we will let you know what access is available to you. You will then have your own access card that is specific to your storage room which grants you the freedom to come and go as you please.

One weeks’ notice is required prior to moving out.

No but we are happy to organise it for you or to put you in contact with a reputable local mover. We also offer a Free Move In Service where we would provide you with a van and driver but you would provide the labour yourself.

Yes we have a 3.5 tonne moving truck that we provide with a driver subject to availability. We will drive our truck to your house, you load it and we will drive it back to our facility where you will unload it into your room. The truck is available at specified times and must be reserved in advance.

Barons Self Storage has extensive security features including:

• 24 hour Closed Circuit TV located both inside and outside the main building monitoring all entrances & exits
• A sophisticated twin alarm system, one for the building and one for each storage unit
• Coded electronic access to the building accessible only with your own personal code
• You are the only key holder, and only you or your designee has access to your room

You will need a picture ID (Driver’s license or passport) and a copy of your most recent utility bill.

Our storage price is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges. However, you must provide your own lock for the unit and you must have adequate contents insurance for your possessions. We can provide both of these for you at move in if you do not have them.

Once you take a room with us we set you up on our automatic payment system. You can decide if you want the payment to be taken from your Debit/Credit Card or by Direct Debit. You must have a Credit Card or Debit Card in order to take a room with us.

We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet your needs. Room sizes and prices vary. Please contact us for available sizes and prices.

Yes, come and see us before you pack a thing, and we will be happy to assist you in selecting the right supplies.

All our facilities are kept to 14 degrees Celsius through gas heating. Their is also air flow above all units to ensure perfect conditions for the storage of your items.
