Barons Launch New Business Service
April 25, 2006Barons Self Storage in Galway is offering a new business service aimed at companies with document storage problems. An accurate Storage Audit will be carried out by highly trained professionals free of charge. Barons Self Storage will then make a recommendation on which documents should be retained in-house and which are more appropriately transferred to storage.
The announcement was made this week by Fintan Maher, the newly appointed Sales and Marketing Manager at Barons Self Storage. He said that most businesses are aware that they need to organise their record management, but it is very time consuming.
“Our new free service means that Barons will visit a company premises. We will review existing document storage practices and if a storage facility is required, we will deliver any materials such as document boxes to the client’s offices,” he said.
With increasing regulatory requirements for all businesses to retain original documents for at least 6 years and in some cases indefinitely, all companies are facing the problem of where to store these documents.
“We feel this new service will be of particular interest to professionals such as solicitors and accountants,” Mr. Maher added.
“Companies can maintain their own off-site records stored in one of our individually alarmed units. Their confidential records remain secure and confidential. Only client designated staff have 7 day free access to a particular storage unit,” he said.
In addition to this new service Barons Self Storage also offers self storage for residential and commercial customers. With units from 10 to 350 sq ft we have units to suit all needs. Customers have the peace of mind knowing their possessions are stored in a dry, secure facility where only they have access to them.
